Borky took part in the INiTS Demo Day, which took place as part of the SCALEup incubation program. We won three awards: one for Female Founders, one for teams with an idea related to climate and environment and one for our pitch.

Our two founders Danylo Poliakov and Bernhard Gaschl traveled to Slovenia to participate in the “9th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Alpine Region”. The event was organized by the Slovenian representation of the EUSALP and included a pitch session of the finalists of the GI Goes Business Award. We even won the Audience Award.

Our two founders, Mona Probst and Bernhard Gaschl, had the opportunity to present our startup to a jury at the forestry association conference in Fulda. We were able to successfully pitch our project alongside two other startups and were pleased to receive a great third place. The link to the LinkedIn post can be found here.

Borky is one of the winners of the GI Goes Business Awards 2024. The GI Goes Business Award honors innovative ideas, services or business models that have a positive impact on “green infrastructure”. The link to the post can be found here.

We are happy to share that the 8th September 2024 we officially submitted our international PCT patent.

On September 5th, 2024, one of our founders, Bernhard Gaschl, was able to pitch to the jury of the INiTS SCALEup program. Now we can proudly announce that we are part of the INiTS community.

In December 2023, we were accepted into the aws Preseed program.

In spring 2023, our two founders Bernhard Gaschl and Mona Probst took part in the aws First Incubator start-up camp and successfully got enrolled in the program.

In november 2023, we officially submitted our patent with the name "Insektenfalle und Verfahren zur Bestimmung einer Anzahl gefangener Insekten".

We won the second place at the Evergreen Innovation Camp Hackathon 2022.
